Misty Gaubatz
Misty brings tenacious advocacy and deep courtroom experience to every client she represents. A graduate of the Alexander Blewett III School of Law at the University of Montana, she holds a Certificate in Mediation and is certified in NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Her background includes prosecution, hearings officer work, and a federal clerkship for U.S. District Judge Donald W. Molloy.
Ashley Hurlbert
Ashley is known for her compassionate approach and relentless dedication to her clients' families. A JD from the University of North Dakota School of Law, she brings 18 years of experience as lead counsel in 50+ jury and bench trials. A Certified Mediator and Certified Guardian ad Litem licensed in Montana, she was born and raised in Butte and combines deep roots in the state with a fierce commitment to every client she serves.

Meet Roscoe
Roscoe is a kind and calming presence at A&M Law, the kind of colleague who has sat beside clients through some of their most difficult conversations without judgment, without an agenda, and with an unwavering willingness to simply be there. Many clients have told us they find him a real comfort while discussing hard, personal legal issues.
Outside of office hours, Roscoe can be found conducting serious research along the riverbank for the perfect stick, and maintaining a vigilant watch on the local squirrel population. He takes both responsibilities very seriously.
